The importance of negotiating and navigating through the transaction process goes without saying.
I worked as a successful Illinois licensed real estate broker associate in the Chicago northwest suburbs for approximately five years which at one time, had some very distressed markets. During then I also was part owner of an LLC along with a couple of partners successfully rehabilitating homes. I facilitated the buying and selling of the properties including holding the role of managing member. I was responsible for the hiring of contractors, applying for building permits, supplying the materials, and the details leading to listing of the homes for sale although my primary focus has always been representing my clients in real estate sales and lease.
I owned a home inspection company in Hawaii and was a certified residential home inspector. This gives me the ability point out items that could be a concern and what it might take to correct or repair. I can assist explaining the home inspection process and reports.
I hold the Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and Realtor/ Broker certifications and designations.
